Fremont Summer Academy WILL NOT BE LOCATED ON THE FREMONT CAMPUS. We will be sharing sites with SMITH Jr High. We will have a separate Fremont program at Smith Junior High. 

This Form is to be completed if  interested in attending Fremont's 2023 Summer Academy.
If accepted, Fremont will send you a formal application to complete. This application form MUST be received prior to official acceptance.  There are a limited number of spaces available for each grade level. Once filled a waiting list will be created. Those students who attend NON-Title I Schools will first be placed on the waitlist and will be notified if there is space not taken by Title I Students.

Please complete ALL questions on this form. Students must be: A current Fremont 7th or 8th grader
 or 6th grade students who are enrolled to attend in the Fall of 2023.

Dates: June 5 - June 29    Monday - Thursday   NO SCHOOL ON FRIDAY  
Hours of instruction: 8:45-12:45  with Breakfast and Lunch being served before and after instruction.
Transportation provided if eligible.

The focus is on Literacy and supporting failing students. All students will receive instruction in Math, Reading, STEM-Science and AVID/Social Emotional Learning.

THIS IS NOT an enrichment program. Your student MUST be failing ELA or MATH to be eligible. 

SPED services are not supported during summer Academy. Your student's IEP must state that they are eligible to be placed into a Gen. Ed Classroon without support. (Inclusion)
